Scans ACCRE’s 10 active counties for probate, code violations, tax delinquency, zoning changes, ownership changes, and expired/withdrawn listings via Claude’s built-in web search. Deduplicated by address + signal so a lead only surfaces once.

How it works. The first founder to click “Run digest now” on a given day triggers the scan in the background. The pool of leads is then allocated to founders round-robin by score — each founder gets up to 4 leads, first-clicker gets the top-scored one. If you’re second or third to click today, you’ll get the scan that’s already running.

Leads stay on this screen until you start a new scan (once per day per founder). No emails are sent — save contact info before running a fresh scan.
